JD of the profile:
Qualification: Graduates from any discipline, preferably Engineers (BE/ BTech) are eligible to apply. Those with experience up to 3 years in a BPO too would be considered. Those from the 2010 batch awaiting the final examination results too could apply.
Location : Positions are open for both Chennai and Noida
Skill Set : Prospective candidates should have excellent communication skills in English and open to working in rotational night shifts. Candidates applying for the Technical Support Officer vacancy should have basic knowledge in computers (ISP, Troubleshooting etc).
