Best Practice for deleting large records from a table

Request Timed out for Large Table records delaetion.

Even sometime it sayes Transaction Logs Full, or sometime Memory Issues...

So here i get the Best Practice for deleting large records from a table...

Debug (F5) Global.asax.cs Application_Start() Method

Many Times we need to debug the Application_Start on server where we can not debug with Visual Studio IDE, instead we use CLR Debugger. So debugging on Global.asax.cs is deifficult as you need to attach the W3WP process, but it starts only when your application get a first hit, and so Application_Start code already executed. So how we can debug ??

So I was reading few discussion over mail thread when I came across this wonderful ideas.

(Hey Guys accept my thanks and from others as well [who read this ] for your good debugging tricks.)

So here we goes -

Put delay in Application_Start Methods first Line as approx. you need to attach the debugger.

Existing System	System Proposed by civil society
No politician or senior officer ever goes to jail despite huge evidence because Anti Corruption Branch (ACB) and CBI directly come under the government. Before starting investigation or initiating prosecution in any case, they have to take permission from the same bosses, against whom the case has to be investigated.	Lokpal at centre and Lokayukta at state level will be independent bodies. ACB and CBI will be merged into these bodies. They will have power to initiate investigations and prosecution against any officer or politician without needing anyone's permission. Investigation should be completed within 1 year and trial to get over in next 1 year. Within two years, the corrupt should go to jail.
No corrupt officer is dismissed from the job because Central Vigilance Commission, which is supposed to dismiss corrupt officers, is only an advisory body. Whenever it advises government to dismiss any senior corrupt officer, its advice is never implemented.	Lokpal and Lokayukta will have complete powers to order dismissal of a corrupt officer. CVC and all departmental vigilance will be merged into Lokpal and state vigilance will be merged into Lokayukta.
No action is taken against corrupt judges because permission is required from the Chief Justice of India to even register an FIR against corrupt judges.	Lokpal & Lokayukta shall have powers to investigate and prosecute any judge without needing anyone's permission.
Nowhere to go - People expose corruption but no action is taken on their complaints.	Lokpal & Lokayukta will have to enquire into and hear every complaint.
There is so much corruption within CBI and vigilance departments. Their functioning is so secret that it encourages corruption within these agencies.	All investigations in Lokpal & Lokayukta shall be transparent. After completion of investigation, all case records shall be open to public. Complaint against any staff of Lokpal & Lokayukta shall be enquired and punishment announced within two months.
Weak and corrupt people are appointed as heads of anti-corruption agencies.	Politicians will have absolutely no say in selection of Chairperson and members of Lokpal & Lokayukta. Selections will take place through a transparent and public participatory process.
Citizens face harassment in government offices. Sometimes they are forced to pay bribes. One can only complaint to senior officers. No action is taken on complaints because senior officers also get their cut.	Lokpal & Lokayukta will get public grievances resolved in time bound manner, impose a penalty of Rs 250 per day of delay to be deducted from the salary of guilty officer and award that amount as compensation to the aggrieved citizen.
Nothing in law to recover ill gotten wealth. A corrupt person can come out of jail and enjoy that money.	Loss caused to the government due to corruption will be recovered from all accused.
Small punishment for corruption- Punishment for corruption is minimum 6 months and maximum 7 years.	Enhanced punishment - The punishment would be minimum 5 years and maximum of life imprisonment.

I found this conversation between the pencil and the eraser very inspirational.

Mother is like the eraser whereas their children are the pencil.
She is always there for their children, cleaning up their mistakes.
Sometimes along the way... She get hurt, and become smaller (older, and eventually pass on).
Though her children will eventually find someone new (spouse), but she is still happy with what she do for their children, and will always hate seeing her precious ones worrying, or sad.

A team of twenty executives from Tata Consultancy Services visited Zakir Husain College of Engineering & Technology from 6-8, January for campus recruitment programme for 2010 batch.

18 AMU students selected in TCS

Dear All,

TCS visited AMU for conducting Campus Recruitment Programme during 6-8 January' 2010. Total 34 students of MCA from Deptt. of Computer Science appeared in the written test, out of which 25 cleared the written test and appeared in Technical/HR Interview round. Finally 18 MCA students were selected by TCS.

Earlier 3 MCA students were selected by JK Technosoft, 2 MCA students by SoftPro India P. Ltd. Wipro has already visited AMU for selecting B.Sc. (Computer/Physics/Math/Stats) students for its prestigious WASE programme. Online tests and Interview rounds have been conducted. Final results of Wipro are awaited..

Few months ago, when I opened the http://www.amu.ac.in/ just had a looked into What is going on the campus? After opening the site Its shown a message Website is underconstruction. I was happy at the moment atlast AMU authority consider the importance of its existance in digital world.

Few days back when I was checking one the AMU group in Yahoo. There were a post AMU new website Launched. Then I had not even wait for a second and open the new launched website.

After the first look of homepage I again check the url, Is this the correct wedsite I opened? everthing was right, It was so poor in usability, not at all look like any University website.

Again the question arises in my mind when AMU authority understand the importance of digital world ?

Job slump? companies to hire 2,50,000 in the next few months

At last a news to cheer about it, Quoting from Economics Times also published in mail today on 2nd Jan 09 -

There is good news for job seekers, with the companies planning to hire more than 2,50,000 new employees over the next months -- making the new year a welcome change from the gloom of 2008 in the job market.

While the proposed over 2.5 lakh hiring is mostly for the financial services industry, the industry experts believe that the overall job market scenario is also set for a recovery in the second half of the year.

Topping the list of the companies planning to hire big include public sector banking giants like State Bank of India and Punjab National Bank as well as insurance firms such as Anil Ambani group's Reliance Life, SBI Life, Metlife, Max New York Life.

Even some BPOs and healthcare firms like ACS and Accentia are planning to hire thousands of people in the coming days.

The proposed hirings include more than one lakh of full- time employees and about 1.5 lakh in the part-time positions with the insurance companies.

Among other sectors, manufacturing and export-oriented businesses are, however, likely to continue to witness some pressure in the next few months, after huge job losses seen during 2008.

HR consultancy major Hewitt Associates believes that sectors like insurance, telecom (where new licensees are entering), infrastructure and Special Economic Zones may look for fresh hirings in 2009, being the major beneficiaries of the government's stimulus plans.

However, the hiring outlook remains uncertain for sectors like real estate, textile and retail sectors, it believes.

The domestic Indian IT/ITeS market will grow at 13.4% in 2009, the slowest since 2003, according to intelligence firm, IDC India. The forecast suggests that important structural changes, taking place on the back of a global economic meltdown, will propel a new 'market order' in the domestic Indian IT/ITeS industry.

This new 'market order', termed as Growth Phase 2.0, will be quite different from the earlier phase, Growth Phase 1.0 (2003-08), during which the domestic market witnessed unprecedented growth, nearly tripling the market size from Rs. 34,000 crore in 2003 to Rs.1,01,031 crore in 2008, a CAGR of over 24%.

The India Domestic IT/ITeS Market Top 10 Predictions for 2009 are as given below:

1. Slowdown to accelerate IT/ITES market transformation from growth phase 1.0 to growth phase 2.0
2. India to be the fastest growing market in APAC
3. IT optimization technologies adoption and usage to grow
4. Telecommunications sector it spending growth will be fastest
5. The outsourcing services market will move towards consolidation in favour of larger players in 2009
6. Experimentation with 'cloud computing' model will increase but will not become mainstream in 2009
7. The stage would be set in 2009 for new channel forms to evolve
8. Consumer 2.0 elusive! delay in orchestration of content, convergence and connectivity
9. Enterprises to look at an integrated security approach, revamp their business continuity plans
10. Global it growth will be halved
